ON THE XTRACTOR IT HAS A SERIAL PORT AND A USB PORT, DO NOT USE BOTH IT IS ONE OR THE OTHER, USUING BOTH WILL DAMAGE THE XTRACTOR
The new Lite-on drives are in retail stores on East coast and mid-west. I have had 6 calls in the last 2 days of people claiming there xtractor is defective, after some troubleshooting had them look at this sticker and they confirmed it is the new drive.
