After a long wait the pre-cut metal plates needed to use with the "Advanced" version of "Team HYBRID's Ultimate X-clamp Fix" have arrived and are ready to ship out. These plates were professionally manufactured by a machine shop to our specific requirements. They are made from .75mm thick 7075 Aluminum. This might not seem as strong as steel, but it doesn't really matter because the plates will be sitting against the bottom of the chassis and there is no way for them to bend once in place. The aluminum used it very similar to the metal that the 360s chassis is made from. It also conducts heat a lot better than steel and was lot cheaper to get made, meaning a cheaper price for all customers as well. All holes have been precisely pre-cut and are ready for screws.
Another benefit of using the metal plates is that it Practically slices the time it takes to do the Hybrid fix in half since there is no more prep work and no more cut fingers tearing apart the old x-clamps.
The plates provide a perfectly flat smooth surface for the pads to rest on which is a bit nicer than using the x-clamps as well and should help ensure even pressure is applied to the motherboard.
They will be available with the foam pads pre-installed as well so the whole thing is completely ready for use.

The Metal cage replacment option, is drilled out, and the 2 posts cut to 3mm and metal fan area is cutout for better air removal.
