VGC Repairs.com guarantees the performance and quality of all the products we supply for a minimum of 30 days. After 30 day's returns will be considered on a case by case basis. VGC Repairs has the right to change this policy at any time. If you feel you have a faulty product, please read the conditions of the following return policy:

  1. ATTN: International Customers: If you choose USPS Priority International mail for delivery there is absolutely no tracking provided by the US Post office. The US Post office is not required to scan the item at any time, occasionally they do scan upon drop off, but it is not a guarantee. VGC Repairs is NOT responsible for your package being lost, stolen or seized. VGC Repairs will NOT refund or reship the item for non receipt since there is no possible way we can verify wither it was received or not. The only method of tracking by US Post Office is USPS Express International (EMS EXPRESS), this will provide a door to door tracking number. ONLY USPS Express mail will be honored for non receipt of merchandise! **UNLESS the item is seized by either US Customs or your countries Customs dept.
    ** We are required by US Customs law to list EXACTLY what is in the package and it actual value. VGC Repairs will not mark the item as a GIFT or Decrease the value of the item!

  2. No product can be returned to VGCrepairs.com for REFUND once it has been removed from its original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS

  3. Please be sure that your product is set up correctly and properly installed. Common problem areas are incorrect wiring, not following diagrams or instructions correctly and poor quality installation techniques or using conductive glue.

  4. If you are satisfied that your product is faulty, you must request an RMA number, (REFUND'S WILL NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING ORIGINALLY PAID) Please ensure you enter a valid e-mail address and/or phone number, complete on the RMA request form. 24-48 hours after submitting the completed RMA number request form you will be contacted via email or telephone with unique RMA number and product return instructions.

  5. Defective Items

    Returning a Defective Item:

    Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept defective exchanges on products within 30 days of the purchase date. VGCREPAIRS will have sole discretion as to ship a replacement, or we may repair the item and return it to you. Once an item has been soldered on we will not accept for refund at all, we will test and repair or replace the item only.

    All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% Penalty. Any Non-defective returns not returned in "like new condition" including missing the original box, packaging material, contents accessories or manuals are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    Certain non-defective items cannot be returned for a refund (such as a CK3 power supply, or a CK3 Probe) and may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by VGCREPAIRS. All repair and technical assistance is provided directly from the manufacturer listed for that product. See product detail pages for more information.


  6. Returned items must be complete without exception. i.e. - in original packaging with all cables, manuals, software, packaging and included accessories regardless of size or value. Any signs of tampering with the product will not warrant a warranty, repair or replacement.

  7. When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt number.

  8. All warranties are Return To Base (RTB). Therefore it is your responsibility to pay all shipping costs including import taxes for any returned items. VGCrepairs.com will cover the shipping costs (standard shipping rates) when sending replacement (replacing verified defective merchandise) orders to you.

  9. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss or damage during shipping to us. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is track-able.  If item arrives with damaged or postage due, we will refuse to accept the item and return to delivery carrier.

  10. If the returned product is verified faulty, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product. (* applies to verified defective returned merchandise only).

  11. If the returned product is verified as working 100%, it will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. You are responsible for all return shipping costs which can be paid by credit card or money order. You are entitled to a refund (within 30 days of purchase) for the total value of the your order less shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee (* applies to verified working returned merchandise only).

  12. ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED TO VGCREPAIRS.COM FROM A LOCATION OUTSIDE OF THE USA MUST BE DECLARED/MARKED CLEARLY AS RETURNS/REPAIRS OTHERWISE CUSTOMS WILL APPLY TAXES AND DUTY TO THE RETURNED ITEM TO BE PAID BY VGCREPAIRS.COM AND WE WILL REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE ITEM. YOUR RMA NUMBER MUST ALSO BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE PACKAGE

  13. Express Mail International Service is not available to:
